Cardrama Beta Program — Participant Agreement

Thank you for helping test Cardrama. This page says what we each agree to. It is written plainly on purpose; the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

1. What you are getting

• Free use of the Cardrama beta on the Rookie plan (bring your own free Google AI key).
• If you ask to be considered and we invite you to the tester program, a Pro plan (and for some testers, All-Star) paid for by Cardrama, LLC during the beta.
• Invited testers who complete the program (Section 4) get a free year of Pro when paid plans launch — or All-Star for testers we upgrade during the beta — in writing, at our discretion, as a thank-you. This is a gift, not a purchase, and it is only for invited testers.

2. What we ask of you

• Use it for real. Scan real cards, price them, and — if you sell on eBay — list real cards.
• Tell us what happened. Bugs, ideas, and "this was annoying" are welcome any time. Invited testers also get three short surveys (about 3 days, 3 weeks, and 5 weeks after install); please answer at least two.
• Keep the beta private. Do not share the download, your invite, or screenshots of unreleased features, pricing, or numbers outside the beta without asking. (Ask — we usually say yes.)
• One account per person. Do not share your login or API keys.

3. Things you should know

• This is beta software. It will have bugs. Keep your own backups; the app has an Export button and we recommend using it weekly.
• Your eBay listings are yours. Cardrama helps you create, price, and manage listings, but you are the seller: what you list, at what price, and what you ship is your decision and responsibility. Review anything the app drafts before it goes live. Automation is off by default.
• AI prices are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees. Check them.
• No promises about features, dates, or pricing. Anything we say about what is coming is a plan, not a commitment.
• Usage is metered. Paid beta plans include a monthly allowance of AI scans and deep-research checks; when it runs out the app tells you, and it resets monthly. Use that looks automated or abusive may be paused.

4. Completing the invited program

An invited tester has completed the program (and earned the free year) after: (a) finishing setup and scanning at least 25 cards, (b) using the app across at least 3 of the beta weeks, and (c) answering at least two of the three surveys.

5. Your feedback is ours to use

Anything you send us — bug reports, suggestions, survey answers, feature ideas — you grant Cardrama, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free right to use in any way, without payment or credit. We will never publish your name, email, address, or your card data.

6. Data

The Privacy Policy governs. In short: your inventory lives on your computer; if you sign in, it syncs to your account; we collect app-usage events and crash reports to run the beta; we keep the registration details you give us (name, email, mailing address) to run the program and contact you about it; we never sell your data; you can export and delete your account at any time. Pooled market-data sharing is off by default.

7. Ending it

Either of us can end your participation at any time, for any reason, by email. Your data stays yours (export first). Sections 2 (privacy of the beta), 5, and 6 survive.

8. No warranty

The beta is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Cardrama, LLC is not liable for lost data, lost sales, or other damages arising from the beta.
