These Terms govern your use of the SCPC applications (Windows desktop and
mobile companion) and related services ("the Service"), operated by
Cardrama, LLC ("we," "us").
SCPC helps you catalog sports cards, get AI-assisted identification and price
estimates, and create and manage eBay listings. Price estimates are
informational signals, not appraisals, offers, or financial advice; you are
solely responsible for your pricing and selling decisions.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You
are responsible for activity under your account. One person or business per
account unless a multi-seat plan says otherwise.
Certain features run on third-party AI and image services using API keys YOU
supply (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic, Cloudinary). You are responsible for:
(a) obtaining those keys under those providers' terms; (b) all usage and
charges those providers bill you; (c) keeping the keys valid. We store your
keys locally in your operating system's credential store; we do not transmit
your keys to our servers.
Listing features use eBay's APIs under your eBay account and authorization.
You are responsible for your listings' accuracy and for complying with eBay's
policies and applicable marketplace law. We are not eBay and cannot control
eBay's actions, fees, or policy changes.
You retain ownership of your card data, images, and listings. You grant us a
license to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to
operate the Service (e.g., storing images, syncing between your devices).
To improve the Service — including building pricing, trend, and "hype"
models — we aggregate card-level details (such as player, set, year, serial,
condition, asking and sold prices, and timing) across accounts into a pooled
dataset AFTER removing direct account identifiers. By using the Service you
grant Cardrama, LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use,
reproduce, and create derivative works from this de-identified data, including
in aggregate statistics, reports, and features shown to other users. We will
not publish your identity or account information with this data. Features
that showcase a specific card to other users (e.g., "Notable Finds") are
OPT-IN per card and controlled by you.

No unlawful use; no attempting to access other accounts' data; no reverse
engineering except where law permits; no using the Service to create or list
counterfeit or misrepresented items; no abuse of rate limits or attempts to
disrupt the Service.
Current pricing is stated at purchase. Third-party costs (your AI keys, eBay

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI
identification and price estimates can be wrong; verify before you rely on
them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, or that estimates reflect
actual market value or sale outcomes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cardrama, LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING
FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS
BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/DATA.

collect and how we use it, and is part of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may
suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 5–6 and
9–10 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by
email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
